Dasa Lelli - Head Coach
Coaches National Individuals, Provincial Individuals
and Provincial Duos and Trios

As Head Coach of the Club she founded in 1975, Dasa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the club. A former national stream RG gymnast in her native Czechoslovakia and a graduate of the University of Ottawa in the Physical Education Honours program. Dasa is a NCCP level 3 certified coach and a fitness instructor. Dasa is passionate about coaching and is dedicated to providing a fair and healthy environment, where all athletes can reach their gymnastic potential. Dasa coaches and oversees all levels of RG within the club, shaping the club’s philosophy of teaching physical skills, sportsmanship and everyday conduct supported by strong moral values. Dasa is a long time resident of Kanata who raised 3 boys in the community.

Jessie Perry
Coaches Recreational, the Spirit (InterClub AGG), Provincial Novice AGG and Assist with Provincial Individuals and Provincial Duo

Jessie has her NCCP level 2 theory and technical certification. Jessie also has her Provincial 2 judging certification as well as the Special Olympics judging certification. She is a former provincial level individual and group gymnast as well as both an individual and group provincial champion, with KRSG, who now coaches while attending university. She is in her 3rd of university, attending the University of Ottawa working towards a degree in Biopharmaceutical science.

Kara Coville
Coaches Recreational, the Rising Stars (InterClub AGG),
New level 3 Group (InterClub AGG)

Kara has her NCCP level 2 theory and technical0 certification. Kara also has her Provincial 1 and Special Olympics judging certification. She is a former provincial level individual and group gymnast and an individual provincial champion, with KRSG, who now coaches while attending university. She is in her 3rd of university, attending the University of Ottawa working towards a dual degree in "Biotechnology" (Bachelor of Science Honours Biochemistry/Bachelor of Applied Science Chemical Engineering).

Sharon Fryer
Coaches the Mystique (InterClub AGG) & the Ladies Recreational Class

Emily Kawai
Coaches Recreational, InterClub Individual, the Sensations (InterClub AGG), Level 2 Group (InterClub AGG) and Assist Provincial Individuals

Emily has her NCCP level 1 theory and technical certification. Emily is in her 12th year with the club and is a former 2 time Provincial Champion with KRSG. Emily is also a certified InterClub and Provincial level Aesthetic Group Gymnastics judge.

Irina Shivrina
Coaches Recreational, Provincial and InterClub Dance, the Spirit (InterClub AGG) and Provincial Novice AGG

Irina has her NCCP level 1 theory and technical certification. Irina joined us in 1998 for one year and returned in the summer of 2008. Irina originally from Russia where she graduated from Arts University with a Bachelors degree in Choreography. She has spent some years professionally performing in dance groups. From 2000 until 2008 Irina shared her time between leading the kids fitness programs at Planet Fitness in Russia while at the same time she continued increasing her experience as a choreographer. Irina also worked in Italy as a ballet teacher before moving to Canada. Irina says, "Dance is not what you do, it is what you are!"

Timea Marton
Coaches Recreational and InterClub Individuals

Timea has her NCCP level 1 theory and technical certification. Timea is in her 10th year with KRSG.
 

Caitlin Somers

Caitlin has her NCCP level 1 theory and technical certification. Caitlin is in her 9th year with KRSG.
